Not many chauffeur company would be able to reply swiftly on e-mail. Not only that, my inquiries were answered as well. They also send booking confirmation and I received the driver and car details with photos! When you are travelling, you also want that communications are constant, I received email reminder approximately 12 hours before the pick up day and time. On the day, I also received a notification that the driver was en-route and a text when he was on site already. On my return, the meeting point and other inforations were clear and timely.
